Terms and conditions at Paradé's studio

At Paradé's studio, all prices are in Danish kroner and stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.

Ordering baskets and delivery options
When purchasing a basket, you must fill in your personal information as well as any information on the selected recipient. Once the order has been received, you will receive a confirmation of your order per. email with delivery info.
You can choose to pick up the item in our studio Adelgade 101, 8860 Skanderborg or have it delivered to a home address or the nearest parcel shop.

Delivery takes place with Postnord.
We send the item as soon as possible within 2-4 working days.

If you have questions about your package or the package is missing, please contact us by email info@paradesatelier.com. Please provide your order number.

Paradé's studio receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.
Reservations are made for price errors and sold out / discontinued items.

Return policy

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased at www.paradesatelier.com valid from the day you receive your items. If you regret the purchase, Paradé's studio must be notified no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. Send an email to info@paradesatelier.com.

The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as on receipt. Packaging, stickers, hangers and the like must not be damaged, broken or removed from the item. In this case, the item will not be returned.

Once we have received and approved the item, the purchase amount is returned to the account where the amount was deducted. Remember to save any postal receipt as proof that the item has been sent. The customer must bear the costs associated with returning the item.

Please enclose a receipt and provide your name and order number, and we will refund the money to the account they were originally deducted from. The return will be made within 7 working days.

Return of gift basket If you have received a gift basket and wish to return it, the amount can only be refunded to the account that paid for the gift. The customer must bear the costs associated with returning the item.


Paradé's studio operates under the Purchase Act and under the guidelines given by the Danish Consumer Agency. Any errors or defects in delivery from us must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. Complaints are made in accordance with the rules of the Purchase Act. It is the customer's duty to state and, on request, show how the error or defect manifests itself. This means that you can complain about errors and defects in the item, which have occurred within 24 months of purchase. However, this does not apply to defects, damage or wear due to improper use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.

The goods are insured during shipment and upon receipt, please check the contents of the package. If the package and / or the contents are damaged when you receive it, you must report it to the shipping company immediately or no later than 2 days after receipt and return the item to us.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for goods damaged during transport.


We reserve the right to sell out items, price changes and printing errors.

We will contact you by e-mail or telephone if a problem arises in relation to your order. Be sure to enter a valid email address and phone number when ordering. We reserve the right to cancel your order in case of price adjustments or lack of stock.
